By accessing or purchasing from Rhian, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

These Terms apply to all users of this site, including browsers and customers.

By using our website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Products & Production

Rhian garments are produced in small runs or made to order.

As a result:

  • Production times may vary

  • Minor variations between garments may occur

  • Colours may appear slightly different due to screen display settings

These characteristics are part of our considered, small-scale production process and are not considered faults.

Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in NZD unless stated otherwise.

Payment must be received in full before production or shipment begins.

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended.

Made-to-Order & Custom Pieces

Made-to-order and custom garments are created specifically for each customer and are final sale, except where required under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Shipping

Shipping timeframes provided are estimates only.

Rhian is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or events outside our control.

Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order has been dispatched.

Returns & Faults

Our Returns Policy forms part of these Terms.

We comply with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ).

Returns or remedies are available only where an item is faulty at the time of arrival and reported within the stated timeframe.

Care & Use

Customers are responsible for following the care instructions provided with each garment.

Rhian is not responsible for damage resulting from:

  • Incorrect washing or drying

  • Alterations after purchase

  • Normal wear and tear

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including garments, designs, text, imagery, and branding, is the intellectual property of Rhian.

You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rhian is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under New Zealand consumer law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
