Refund policy

Because Rhian garments are made in small runs or produced to order, we ask that you choose carefully when selecting your size.

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, including:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Preference changes

  • Fit expectations not aligning with personal preference

This applies once an order has been confirmed or shipped.


Made-to-Order & Custom Pieces

All made-to-order or custom garments are final sale.

As these pieces are created specifically for you, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is faulty.


Faulty Items

We comply fully with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ).

If your item arrives with a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the fault

  • Supporting photos

If the item is confirmed as faulty, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the nature of the issue.


What Is Not Considered a Fault

The following are not considered faults:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by washing, drying, or incorrect care

  • Alterations made after purchase

  • Damage caused by misuse or improper handling

Faults reported after the garment has been worn or washed may not be eligible for a remedy.


Care Responsibility

Please follow the care instructions provided with your garment.

Rhian is not responsible for damage caused by failure to follow recommended care guidelines.
