Thank you for supporting Rhian. As a small, made-to-order label based in Dunedin, we produce garments thoughtfully and in limited quantities. Please read the below before placing your order.

Production Timeframes

Many Rhian garments are made to order or produced in small runs.

Production time is typically:

  • Made-to-order pieces: 5–15 working days

  • In-stock pieces: Dispatched within 2–4 working days

If your order includes both made-to-order and in-stock items, it will be shipped once all pieces are ready.

Production times are estimates and may vary during peak periods.

New Zealand Shipping

We ship from Dunedin via tracked courier.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • South Island: 1–3 working days

  • North Island: 2–4 working days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to selected destinations.

Delivery times vary depending on location and customs processing.

Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges that may apply.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking confirmation via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Delivery Delays

Delivery timeframes are estimates only.

Rhian is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Customs processing

  • Public holidays

  • Weather events or circumstances beyond our control

Incorrect Address Details

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

Rhian is not responsible for parcels delayed or lost due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Risk & Ownership

All orders become the responsibility of the customer once dispatched.

If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will assist in lodging an enquiry with the courier.
